Space for living - bright, open and well thought out.

The multi-party house in Amstetten combines modern architecture with a high level of suitability for everyday use. The residential complex consists of several white plastered buildings that include green open spaces, private gardens and communal recreation areas. Seating areas, play areas and clear pathways ensure a functional yet inviting overall appearance.

Our visualizations show the project in daylight and in the evening – with a focus on the lighting effect, room layout and the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The interiors themselves were designed in light wood, white, beige and subtle black accents to convey a friendly and timeless feeling of living.

Common areas, seating areas and playgrounds could be visually tested for their effect and placement.

Daytime and evening visualizations showed the lighting, depth effect and atmosphere of the facility.

The material effect and color concept were presented realistically – ideal for planning and marketing.

The structure of the complex, including the layout of the green spaces, was conveyed clearly and convincingly.
